The Commercial Transaction Framework™ is where each Structured Capital Transaction is engineered and established. Embodied in the Commercial Transaction Agreement, it defines the commercial, legal, financial, governance and operational architecture of the Transaction before institutional execution begins.
By resolving every material element at inception, the Framework transforms complexity into contractual certainty. Once the Agreement is executed, structuring is complete and institutional execution implements the Transaction already established between the parties.
